B-O-P-C 34th Annual Car Show and Swap meet
May 1st and 2nd, 2015

This year’s BPOC Car Show was hosted by the Dixie Chapter of the Buick Club of America. The show was held at the Atlanta Marriott Northwest. The festivities began with an old fashioned Southern Barbecue including some very delicious desserts. We were entertained by the “Naztalgia” band playing music from the 60’s-90’s. Many of us put on our dancing shoes and had a blast.
Registration began at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday and judging by an independent car club started at 11:00 a.m. They did not finish judging at 1:00 as scheduled due to the record 168 cars that registered for the event. There were a lot of amazing cars in every category. It was a beautiful day and everyone really enjoyed getting to visit with old friends and fellow car enthusiasts.
Our Allante’ Atlanta president, Norman Penfield carried home the plaque for BEST CADILLAC. He was thrilled by the recognition of the Allante’. Hope to see more of them entered in next year’s event.
